Our Story
Our Founder's Story
Across my career, I’ve led teams through just about every phase of growth — and sat in every chair when it comes to business acquisitions.

I’ve been the acquirer. I’ve been the acquired. And I’ve advised both sides of the table in SaaS business sales. I’ve seen deals that smashed their value-creation targets — and others that fell flat. That contrast taught me exactly what makes a transaction truly successful for everyone involved.

Today, I work with SaaS founders to get their businesses Exit Ready, even if they have no immediate plans to sell. The ideal time to start is about two years before you think you’ll exit — enough time to make the strategic and operational changes that directly lift your valuation.

Unlike many advisors, I’m not focused solely on the transaction. I help founders design and implement strategies that grow revenue, improve margins, and build enterprise value long before any deal takes place. And when the time comes, I guide clients through every phase — from identifying aligned buyers or sellers, to building a credible Investment Case, to managing due diligence and closing the deal.

The day a deal completes is worth celebrating, but it’s not the end of the value-creation journey. The cultural and operational integration that follows will determine whether the full value is realised. This is the most overlooked phase in my experience and can also be the most fun.

I founded Business Point to help SaaS founders scale, create lasting value, and connect with the right institutional investors when the time is right.

Earlier in my corporate life, I led outstanding leadership teams in both publicly listed and PE-backed SaaS businesses. As a qualified coach, I’ve worked directly with over 100 CEOs, founders, and business leaders. Coaching, to me, is the most powerful way to develop true leadership — and I draw enormous energy from those engagements.

I love what I do at Business Point because it lets me deliver measurable value to clients while constantly learning from them.

If you’re a SaaS founder or leader who wants to grow and get Exit Ready, I’d love to talk about how we can help.
